Here Comes The Sun ,Lets Get Our Skin Into The Summer Spirit

Holla to all my beautiful readers;) Lets talk about 5 Most populer skin care tips which we can use in summer && its fits everyone budgets too ;) sound interesting isn't ;) so here we gooo !! 


1. Exfoliate for clearer, smoother skin



Exfoliation removes dead, dulling skin debris to prevent congestion and improve hydration from toners and moisturizers.Perform in the mornings prior to toner, moisturizer, SPF and make-up application. Tip: Make-up will last longer on an exfoliated skin!

2. Keep skin hydrated


My personal Fav ;) 
Up your regimen’s level of hydration with intensive masques, perfect for use one to two times a week. Boosters are a great fit, working best when layered underneath a moisturizer. Toners are a refreshing moisturizer prep, working to even out skin porosity. Tip: Refresh with a revitalizing toner spritz at your desk, in the car, at the gym, on the plane!

3. Make friends with H20



Higher temperatures and more time outdoors leads to internal dehydration, which can result in headaches and dizzy spells! 
Eight 8-ounce glasses of plain, filtered water every day help maintain critical moisture balance of the body and skin, and assist in detoxification. Tip: If you drink caffeinated beverages, you must triple the amount of water you drink!

4.Protect Your Skin From The Sun 

Protecting your skin from sun damage is of the utmost importance. Remember, the more frequently you use sunscreen now, the better you'll look 10 years down the road, and this is not a joke! Apply sunscreen half an hour before you head outside, if using a chemical sunscreen. If using a physical sunscreen protection works immediately. Its important that you re-apply every 2 hours or less and sooner if you are sweating or in the water. 
5.Last But not the least Bump up your vitamins 
Your skin will benefit greatly if you increase your consumption of Vitamins E, C, and K. Getting enough Vitamin A is also essential - if you're not getting enough, your skin responds by becoming dry and flaky. Most fruits and vegetables have plenty of Vitamin A, so eating healthy will certainly help improve your skin's tone and elasticity.
